How should I position the sensor in my pot?

Position the sensor in the pot with the Gaia logo outwards from your plant.

How deep should I stick the sensor in my plant?

You should push your sensor all the way down so that the white case of the sensor is touching the soil of your pot. Don't be afraid of breaking the roots of the plant, they will grow back.

What happens if I relocate the sensor?

If you move your sensor from the calibrated position you will have to recalibrate the sensor. To do this go to settings, choose to calibrate the sensor, and go through the steps to recalibrate the sensor to your plant.
