Frequently Asked Question

In order to factory reset your sensor complete the following steps:

1. Hold the bottom button on the sensor
2. While holding the bottom button tap the top button
3. Continue to hold the bottom button for 5 seconds
4. Your sensor is now reset!

When resetting your sensor back to factory settings you will lose connection with your app. Please go to settings, and select "undo sensor connection" to redo the connection.
